DISCOVERY & ASSESSMENT
Understand what is worth pursuing.
- Clarify what you offer, who needs it and which assumptions need testing.
- Map the steps from first enquiry through delivery, payment and follow-up.
- Identify the records, business information and tools your team will need.
- Check likely running costs, staff review time and what a manageable launch could include.
What you receive
- A practical plan for the customer journey and everyday work
- Clear responsibilities, approvals and information needs
- Suitable software options and the limits to investigate
- A staged launch plan with priorities and ways to test the idea
A conversation about your business comes first. We agree what the assessment includes and what it costs before paid work begins.
WHAT WE COULD PUT IN PLACE
Agree the work before building.
For example, a new service business might use shared customer records, reminders and draft replies from its first day. After planning and testing the idea, we can separately agree work to set up suitable tools and try selected AI-assisted tasks.
People and approval
You remain responsible for the service. We agree which information AI can use, who checks important customer messages and when a person needs to take over.
This starts with business planning and system design. It is not a ready-made workforce that runs itself. Customer demand, running costs and whether AI is useful all need testing; success is not guaranteed.
COMMERCIAL NEXT STEPS
Know what comes next.
The assessment helps us propose a practical next step. The proposal explains who does what, which tools are included, what it costs and how you will check the result. We review a small trial before wider use. Ongoing maintenance, support hours and further changes are agreed separately.
