For product owners
Turn a recurring problem into a useful product.
For people who see the same problem across several businesses and want to explore a software product. We help you understand the need, plan a focused first version and investigate what it would take to build and support it.

DISCOVERY & ASSESSMENT
Understand what is worth pursuing.
- Find out who has the problem and whether they would pay to solve it.
- Decide which features everyone needs and what each customer can change.
- Plan how each business’s information, access and connections stay separate.
- Consider running costs, usage limits, customer setup, support and product ownership.
What you receive
- Findings about the customer problem and assumptions still to test
- A clear description of the first version and options for building it
- A plan for separate customer data, access and approval controls
- A development plan and a proposed small trial with early users
A conversation about your business comes first. We agree what the assessment includes and what it costs before paid work begins.
WHAT WE COULD PUT IN PLACE
Agree the work before building.
For example, a repeated job-booking problem could become a product used by several businesses, each with its own records. This is an illustration, not an existing Vexora product. A separately agreed development phase could build a prototype and test its quality, costs and controls before a limited trial.
People and approval
Agree what the software can do, who can access each customer’s information and which actions need approval. Test record keeping, data separation, failures and the ability to pause before using customer data.
The service covers discovery, planning, design and potentially scoped development. Vexora is not offering an existing ready-made platform. Development and any production release require separate scope, feasibility checks and approval.
COMMERCIAL NEXT STEPS
Know what comes next.
The assessment helps us propose a practical next step. The proposal explains who does what, which tools are included, what it costs and how you will check the result. We review a small trial before wider use. Ongoing maintenance, support hours and further changes are agreed separately.
